This is an easy to print vinyl cutter holder for the shapeoko (Makita router) with an ajustable pression system.
The vinyl cutter I use is [this one](https://www.amazon.fr/Afunta-Traceur-Cb09-Cb09u-Graphtec-support/dp/B07G97TL5Z)
I remixed the version of LostMFG because:
- it was not adapted to my cutter/screws, so at first I just adapted his model to my cutter
- but once adapted, it was too rigid in Z (hard to get a smooth pressure)
- too loose on X
- because of the screws thread, springs tension is not smooth, it can hang
My version use a linear rail with two linear bearings LM6UU and two 6mm x 100mm axis so the movement is perfectly smooth, at least if you follow well the instructions to compensate for accuracy issues caused by your FDM printer.
# BoM
- 6x M3 nuts
- 6x M3 12mm screws (or longer)
- 1x M4 nylon self-locking nut
- 1x M4 35mm screw (or longer)
- [2x LM6UU](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32317938156.html)
- [2x 6mm diameter 100mm length shaft](https
