The PCB workstation arms are heigh enough to fit the vise under, and in some circumstances it is easier to let the vise hold the PCB.

The holder can fit outside or inside the jaws, dependent on how open the jaws are. The holder is designed to sit on top of the original PCB holder, but it can also be used alone.

You need a M5 x 35mm hex head bolt (or longer) with washer and wing nut.
