Vive headband mod side clips

This clip replaces the clips on the sides of your vive to allow you to add a custom headband or anything else you can dream up.

I went through several revisions of this before finding a design that worked. 3d prints of this size are hampered by strength and easily break along layer lines. The clip that comes with the vive had to very tiny little clip arms that lock into place impossible to replicate in a 3d print with any strength.

To solve this I instead created a full 'tube' that slots in and had two protrusions that twist-lock the print in place.
