Vive Pro 2 Headstrap no-stop mod

With the Vive Pro 2, I have the issue, by slide the strap fully down my back of my head, it's stopping to early, to be comfortable for my shape of my head. In my opinion, it needed just a little bit more space of rotation down my back of my head.
So I've created this mod, to remove and prevent the headstrap rotation of the Vive Pro 2 from stopping at the angle of 180°. So it can be bent over infinite and with more than 180°.

ATTENTION! Please note, this mod will probably void your warranty and can damange your HMD. Only do it, if you know what your are doing :-) Please do it at your own risk!

Please also note, if you are using the built-in earphones, you need to also modify the headphone cable and expand it, as it's going to be too short, when bending the headstrap more than 180°. Otherwise, the cable will become too tight and will tear/crack!


For this mod, you need to replace the inserts and add an addtional spacer ring. So please print each part twice.
