Darth Maul 1" Pole Adaptor for beat saber.
This will be updated for (R3) better printing, (R3) connector optimization and 1/4-20 refinement.
R3 prints in 2 parts. Print the adaptor with the wide part down. Supports are built into the model for the holes.
heat form or tap thread the shaft mounting set screws.
The PCB version of the insert has a 0.062" inset to cut a pcb and solder to. The PCB design will be added later.
The Plain insert can use 14 AWG solid wire as the contacts.
insert the wires and then assemble the insert and wires into the adaptor.
R3 has a stop for the pole just at the top of the opening to give access to the 1/4-20
