Did not find a motor shield casing so I made one and upload it herewith.
I chose for no lid for eventual cooling of the IC.
The fragements on the side should assist in hooking some cable entering sidewise.
The bottom hole shall assist in removal / deassamble and reading the pin assignment printed.
