Volcano Extruder for MK3 Bear conversion

This is a remix extruder cover to allow the use of the Volcano nozzle with the Bear extruder without any additional adapters, etc... This part is sized for the Volcano and just replaces the stock extruder_cover. It is listed as a work in progress, as the Bear extruder is not finalized. Once it is, I will edit this to match any changes.

Edit: Added the 0.60 Alpha version. I have yet to print this one, so beware, it's untested.
