Volcano mods for Sapphire Mint Mount

This is a quick and dirty (very dirty) mod for 3D_ONE's Mint Mount for the twotrees sapphire plus/pro. It simply consists of some sloppily lengthened fan ducts and BLTouch mount. Should fit the V6 version as well.

I haven't actually printed it yet, so it may or may not fit. My hope is that someone comes along and makes a less janky version before my NF smart arrives and I actually need it.
