Voltron's Blazing Sword

I'd made my son a little version of Voltron's Sword and was asked to make a larger, split version for printing.
So here is a 200% version, now just shy of 40inches, split into parts to run on beds of 12inches.

You'll need to run two of each part (they are halves so everything prints with a flat face on the build table) and glue the whole thing together (I've added tabs to make it easier). I've left a channel in the center for a 3/8in rod to stiffen the whole thing (I'd use threaded rod and it's easily available, cheap and the epoxy had plenty of area to grab).
