Components:
Rotary encoder
Pro-micro board from diymore.cc (PRO-MICRO) find it on Alieexpress.

2018-06-11: Added hole in lid to hold lid in place
2018-05-30: updated so you can add weight, and a clips to hold the board as they vary in size. Im waiting for some steel balls used for ball bearings, meanwhile I have used screws.
2018-05-29:: Updated with a smaller dial that fits better
