This is a replacement for the Volvo 8643447 on the Volvo s60 2000-2009
I made it so that it will fit in snug.
I made 3 versions
the first version is a simple replacement
the second version is an extra 4mm in the bump area to make sure that the trunk lid gets a little farther from the back glass
the third version is designed to have a rubber nipple cover from a brake claw so the trunk hinge comes into contact with rubber instead of plastic.
Material: ABS
Infill: 100%
Extra adhesion: On
Layer height: 0,12 with an initial layer of 0.2
