Volvo EX90 Screen Tray

Update: 07/12/2025 Added a v3 version of the tray and charger. I found that on REALLY hot days, the PETG would expand making the charger fall out. The v3 version of the charger has more plastic around the holder to avoid this but it still doesn't hold up in the hot sun. I switched to ASA and that seems to have done the trick.I took inspiration from other screen trays that I've seen sitting on top of the large infotainment screens in today's EV market. This tray sits on top of the Volvo EX90's center screen and is a perfect spot for knickknacks such as sunglasses, etc. It was designed to NOT block any of the driver monitoring sensors. There are two versions, one has a continuous divider in the tray area and the other has a break in the divider which makes it more suitable for sunglasses.Print it oriented like it looks, on its bottom.
