Voron 2.4 Z chain remove

This is a Z cable chain removal method. There is plenty of room in the mounting box on the portal to safely extend the motor wires. It may not be the prettiest, but it works perfectly with 2WD and AWD modes. I used a PG13.5 cable gland, it comfortably fits 4 motor wires + CAN cable + chamber thermistor wire. To extend the motor wires, I used the following connectors: JST SMR: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/4000033348327.html PG13.5: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007161429799.html CAN cable gland PG7: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007161429799.html Chamber thermistor: Thermistor Cartridge 280℃ ATC Semitec 104GT-2 104NT-4-16C054RT or NTC 100K 3950 for V6 and Volcano PT100 Cartridges Heat Block - AliExpress 7 It is not mandatory to use connectors, but if you have to remove the portal, you can just pull them apart there and not have to fiddle anywhere else. For the screws, I used Voron standard inserts M3. I attach the printed devices to the profile with hammer nuts.
