This is a remix of volcom8190's VORON carriage adapted to work with the piezo probe by DJDemonD.
Basically it is a carriage midsection that allows to mount a slightly modified (no board mounting points) version of the original precision piezo hotend mount.
It also includes a hole to screw a standard plastic bowden coupling into, as sold by e.g. E3D.
Be aware of the following things:
- This carriage midsection is about 6mm wider than the original VORON carriage, so you'll need longer M3 bolts. The center, left and right carriage sections included in this thing can be used with 50mm bolts.
- This mount is made for 20mm piezo discs
- The original fan ducts by volcom won't fit since the hotend sits slightly lower: use the supplied elongated fanduct STLs
- This thing does not include a (proper) solution for mounting the piezo board. I've included the lazy solution I use: print the box and glue it to your carriage.
- Both your X travel and Z travel will be reduced (6mm and 5m
