Double layer (inside, outside). Haven't try to print on FDM, give a try, check the process before printing... It should be printable as well on FDM, it was designed to print on powder based machines. The ideal would be to print with water soluble support but that is not what everyone can do.

Adding support would be difficult to remove it later on, unfortunately second bottom is critical for stable print, it will require some support at least for second bottom line, other parts FDM can handle Voronoi design patterns.

Would recommend some raft and brim for bottom surface if nozzle hit, as bottom is not super flat, would recommend to make a slight cut in some 3D SW to make it super flat. If you have some request let me know
