Vortek Rack Labels

Until Bambu enables the ability to label the nozzles within the printer or Bambu Studio, I made labels to help keep track of the filament last used in each nozzle. Nothing i worse than cross contamination between support material and PETG or running high temp carbon fiber and clogging the nozzle. Oh the fund of doing multiple cold pulls to clean them out. These are simple clips that snap into the grid above the nozzles. They don’t interfer with the normal function of the printer. All of my test have been with PETG but if you plan on doing any high temp prints, i would recommend printing in the highest available to you. ASA for example. I have found that if you print with Bambu ASA, you will have to scale the objects to account for shrinkage. My testing has shows a scale of 100.28% gets pretty close. Of course your milage may vary.
