Vortex tube one piece 52°C difference

Redesign of vortex tube by benkrasnow.

I made it longer,changed some clearances to make it printable for SLS and MJF, made the tube thicker and added a part to connect it more easily to the compressed air.

I printed this design on an MJF HP4210 but it will also work on an SLS and an SLA printer (Not sure for FDM).

Change the STEP file to your own needs and connection pieces you have. I think I used a 1/2" connection piece that I melted in to the part with a soldering iron.

At 7 bar I got a hot side of 50°C and a cold one of 0°C.
At 4 bar hot 40°C and cold 6°C.

To improve this design I would make the gap at the end 0.3 instead of 0.35mm and make the tube longer. If you try this let me know.
