Vram Cooler

This is a Cold intake to help with the Geforce 3090 VRAM heating issues. Apply thermal tape along the bottom. I also found tightening a g clamp on the side dropped temps by an extra 6-7 C. I suspect the built-in thermal pads aren't making good contact and the clamp helps with that.

Either way this drops my VRAM temps by over 20 C.
