This is an ventilation duct add-on for Caipirinha 2 underwing slots doors, in particular the slot holding the VTx - which might need some airflow for cooling the VTx.

I just glued the ventilation duct to the cover and it works great - though I had to cut a suitable opening in the door, using a hobby knife.
The duct itself is curved in order to focus the airflow at the VTx.
Disregard the copper tape in the picture, it is of no use anymore.
