Vulcano game

Basic way of playing:
The climber starts at the bottom and should reach the top without the vulcano erupting to win the game. When the vulcano erupts the game is over. Each turn the player gets a card from the stack which indicate how many balls have to be thrown into the vulcano. On a right answer to the question on the card the player is allowed to remove balls from the vulcano. With enough correct answers the vulcano is filling less quickly, giving the climber a chance to reach the top.
