VUSE Charger Base

A two-part assembly was developed to provide a stable platform for integrating the VUSE charging cable and magnetic charger, thereby maintaining the battery and pod in a vertical orientation. The assembly consists of an adapter (Part A) and a base (Part B), mechanically secured with (2) 3M16 bolts. This configuration was selected to eliminate support requirements in the countersinks and to preserve the uniformity of the build plate surface texture, which was prioritized over post-processing strategies such as top-layer ironing.

**Printing & Assembly**
Fabrication was performed using a Creality K2 Plus with 1.75 mm Creality PLA-CF filament (Black). Printing parameters included a nozzle temperature of 230 °C and a build plate temperature of 50 °C on a textured PEI surface. (Part A) was produced in an upright orientation, while (Part B) was printed inverted to avoid support generation and capture the bed texture.
