A wagon vise designed to be installed in laminated construction lumber bench top.
I did all prints in PETG with 5 perimeters and 15% infill.
The screw assembly uses an aluminum ½" square bar to provide reinforcement as well as to transfer the tightening torque from the handle into the screw.

Two 6204 ball bearings are used as thrust bearings at either end.
