Simple ziptie mount for Wahoo Elemnt series of bicycle GPS computers.
This is designed for a "support touching buildplate" option. So there's no support sandwiched between layers of the part since the ziptie holes can easily bridge.
Support material is needed. You can have a few bits of support material to remove by printing it right side up, or just have one piece to remove by printing it upside down.
This was fine tuned by trial and error for my printer which makes the inside dimensions just a little bit too small. If the Elemnt is completely floating around in the mount, the dimensions can be changed in the Fusion 360 file. Go to "Solid- Modify- Change Parameters" and change the appropriate dimension. "earDia" is the outside radius from ends of ears/tabs. "lipID" is the diameter between the ears/tabs.
The Fusion 360 file can also be modified to make a modular mount for an out front mount such as a Bar Fly ("mountHoleDia" = at least 4.2mm, "mountHoleSeparation" = 20mm, "m
