This is my first attempt at creating a bot in the beetle weight category. In general, it turned out quite well, all the components and materials will cost about $ 100.

The parts are printed with PLA plastic, the body and struts are 100% infill, the wheel guard mounts are 75%, the wheels are 50%. When assembled, my copy weighs 1466 grams.
For the manufacture of armor, I used D16T(2024) aluminum. And as a weapon, wood wheels for the grinder. Unfortunately, I could not find them on Ali, but they are sold in local stores as well. In addition, it is not necessary to use exactly the same. Disc dimensions: outer diameter 75mm, inner diameter 16mm, thickness 2.2mm.
I used a 1500KV motor as the engine for the weapon, so the drum does not rotate very quickly. You can try a more revving engine of the same size.
