WALL-E Robot with Upgrades (Full-Mod Project)

This WALL-E robot was brought to life through a team project by students at Hongik University. Our team, consisting of three students from the College of Fine Arts, one from Mechanical Engineering, and one from Electrical & Electronic Engineering, combined our skills to create this build. Our project is based on chillibasket's incredible Thingiverse project (thing:1159336), with several hardware and software modifications to improve long-term stability and user convenience.

- Key Upgrades

Internal USB-C Charging Module
We added an internal charging module so you can charge the battery without removing it. We chose a USB-C module for convenience. A small port was added to the back of the main body for charger access.

Active Cooling System with Fan
To manage the significant heat generated by the Raspberry Pi 3, buck converter, and charging module, we installed a cooling fan. It's wired to turn on with the main power switch. We redesigned the back of the main body to create a dedicated
