wall mount and improved fan mount

Tonycstech deserves the real credit. I just altered the designs for my situation. I made the top frame piece flat wall mounted instead of hanging over the edge of plywood.

I also altered the model for the fan angle piece to straighten the holes and make them deeper and slightly smaller diameter so they grab aa m3 screw more firmly. Finally I increased the fan hole diameter to more closely match a 40mm fan, the original design would cause turbulence and flow issues
