This thing has 0.5mm tolerances on each side of the slot, so it will be a loose fit. If you want it to be a tight fit (0.15mm), then scale it to about 95 ±1%.
Make your own tolerance by adding your tolerance (x) to 12, and then dividing this number (12+x) by 13. This will be the percent scale amount.
