Wall Mount Door Stopper

A durable and practical low-profile wall mount door stopper designed to protect walls and doors from impact. Perfect for outdoor setups, patios, or entryways where strong, weather-resistant functionality is needed. Easy to print and mount with a M6 flat washer (DIN 125) and standard screw. I used a Tapcon 24343 1/4" X 1-3/4" HEX Head Black Screw Anchor. Printed using Bambu TPU for AMS with modifier to add strength for the lower half. Designed to use a 12 mm OD washer and a ¼" threaded diameter screw. About Filament and Placement The door stopper uses Bambu TPU for AMS, which has a shore hardness of 68D. I mounted them in a covered patio. Exposed to the moisture but not in sunlight. In moderate climates (e.g. partial sun, some humidity, moderate temperatures), a well-formulated TPU might last several years before significant degradation (loss of tensile strength, embrittlement) becomes problematic. No different than buying a retail manufactured cushioned door stop. In harsher environmen
