Wall Mounted Self Watering Planter

A nice hexagonal planter that attaches to any wall. This version is fairly small, about 1/2 the size of a 12 oz can.

Affix the plate with two screws and slide the reservoir onto it. Fill with about an inch of water, then you can slip the planter into the reservoir. Water will be pulled up through the holes in the planter. A cutout is included a paper note of what you have planted. Colors can be mixed or matched as well, so have fun.
