Wall socket child safety cover

This is a cover for plugs that are not to be removed from their socket. It fits some old Norwegian EU standard double sockets I happen to have in my house, but the scad files are parametric enough.

Wires can be routed through the top and bottom, or the roof of the cover, as necessary.

Includes parameters
- to build with support structures for printers that need it.
- to build with two or four latches (for brittle walls, or the split variant)
- to build in two symmetrical parts (for smaller build surfaces, or maybe in case you only want to fixate one plug)
