Wall Wart Cover Plate

Inspired by a friend with a problem: an oversized wall wart that kept falling out of the socket. First fish a long zip tie through the slots provided, then screw this modified cover plate on in place of the old one. Plug in wall wart and tighten zip tie to keep it secure.
