This is a wall mounted holder for the flat plug-in 3 pronged, 3 outlet extension power strip commonly found at “Walmart” here in the US. The brand name of this power strip is “Cordinate”. The “cordinate” power strip is actually made by “Jasco” so it's possible your's may say “Jasco” on the back like mine does. I believe this also has the same dimensions as the other power strip commonly found at “Walmart” made by “GE”, the two look very similar so I wouldn't be surprised if it also fit.
