This is a quick stackable vat holder for the Wanhao D7 Resin DLP printer.
Using this to elevate your vat, it should be easier to clean out the FEP and stack your resin vats especially if you are using multiple vats for multiple resins. It should also be easy to cut a piece of opaque cardstock to cover your vat and reduce any light from getting to your resin.
As a bonus, if you are using clear resin like we do, having a desk light over the vat with a piece of white paper beneath will allow you to quickly spot and filter our any cured impurities in your resin vat.
There are 2 versions of the STLs in here - one for a whole vat holder which you can print at one shot if your print bed allows for it, and 4 other files where the vat holder has been segmented into quarters that connect via" jigsaw" joints that you can glue together when complete. Support may be needed to hold up the little notches in the bottom unless your printer can handle bridging well. :)
