Wanhao Duplicator i3 Dial Indicator Mount

Modified the slot size, as well as diameter and position of the hole, to better fit the current [Harbor Freight](https://www.harborfreight.com/1-inch-sae-metric-digital-indicator-93295.html) digital dial indicator.

[Edit] Slot height reduced to remove play in the mount / gauge interface.
