Wanhao Duplicator plus Z-Probe holder

Just another 12/18mm Z-Probe holder for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 plus. Intended to decouple the probe holder from the heat brake, because when printing above 220 degree Celsius, the plastic tends to loos stiffness. This is not acceptable for a probe, since the position of the probe will be different when the printer is heated up.
