Wanhao I3 Mini Spool Fitting

I designed this adapter fitting in order to use the original mount for the Wanhao i3 Mini spool mount with a spool holder that uses bearings. I used the "Parametric universal spool holder" by "rowokii" although you can use this with any 8mm threaded rod.

I used the following parts:

• 170mm long 8mm threaded bar
• 2x 608 bearings
• 2x 8mm nuts
• 1x nyloc 8mm nut
• 1x 8mm wing nut.

The 8mm nyloc nut is a tight press fit into the 3d printed part. After that is in, tighten the threaded bar into the nyloc nut. Use a 8mm nut after to tighten all together. From there you are ready to fit the cones that hold your filament reel.

The wing nut makes it easy to unscrew when changing filament.
