Wanhao i3 PLUS - BMG Mini + Mount

Slightly Altered The BMG Mini + Created Bracket to replace stock.

MOD reduces weight by 35grams.

BLT Offset = y= -31, x= 31.

Bed is reduced slightly due to hotend being rotated. (roughly ~ x=187)

FIRMWARE.
- Need to reverse extruder direction (I changed the wiring)
- Current bug with Marlin and positive offset. so need to increase bed dimension to 220 and change “ #define MIN_PROBE_EDGE 10” to 32. (ADVi3++ currently looking at Marlin BUG).
- run E Calibration and adjust to suit.

BMG Parts.....
Aliexpress - look for BMG Mini.... just need the internals.

Other Items
- Brass Heat-Set Inserts M3 (required to fix block to BMG)
- 2-3mm aluminium spacer. (you will need to make this) It spaces the heatsink off the Cooling Block.

Fan Duct -
Using martin_au rebuild. Fanduct remixed to suit extruder offset.
