Wanhao Lack Tool Holder

A remix of the Lack Tool Holder from OmNomNomagon.

I've modified the original tool holder to better suit my requirements. The following changes were made:

- Two additional screw holes added to the front to allow easier and stronger fixing to the table/enclosure.
- The two new screw holes as well as the two existing at the bottom were tapered to provide better contact with countersunk screws.
- Tool storage on top was configured to hold the scraper (no change), pointy nose pliers and a feeler gauge.
- Alongside the allen keys, an additional hole was added to store the filament hook.
