Tired of box flaps constantly closing while you're trying to pack? I designed this heavy-duty clip to solve exactly that in my warehouse. It's a simple, rugged tool tested on the field during full work shifts to keep your workflow smooth and hands-free. Filament Material: PETG (Highly recommended for its flexibility and fatigue resistance) or PLA+ / Tough PLA. Orientation: Print on its side (as shown in the CAD screenshot) for maximum structural strength. Layer Height: 0.20mm or 0.24mm (for a faster print). Wall Line Count / Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls. Note: This is crucial for the spring tension. Do not rely solely on infill. Infill Density: 25% - 40%. Infill Pattern: Gyroid or Grid (for multidirectional strength). Top/Bottom Layers: 4 or 5. Supports: None required. The design is optimized for bridge printing. Rafts/Brim: Not necessary unless you have bed adhesion issues.
