Couldn't find what I wanted so I made my own. Should print with no infill. Verify with a small scale one first because it's asking for a lot on the top. That said my base ender 3 had no issues so it should be alright.

The version without the entrance has a separate column and lintel model for it to have a grand walkway out front.
