Warhammer Flight Stand (32mm)

Using the famous Falcon Heavy 3D design, I have made an alternative flight prop for Warhammer 40k.

It is currently sized for 32mm bases, and sits about 43mm high (the same height and base size as a standard Tau drone flying stand). The peg is 2.2mm and is designed for a snug fit. Depending on your model it may be too tight or too tall - but between some sandpaper and some glue it should fit.

Colour it up as steam, smoke, gas or a dust-cloud. If you have access to a resin 3D printer, a translucent blue would look super cool too.

I printed mine with 4 perimeters and 0% infill. 0.15mm layer height and relatively high speeds (70mm/s). I gave these a couple of quick sprays to get varying whites, and added some nuln oil for shadows.

I've also made a prettier version (second photo - gold version) at slower speeds and 0.05mm layer height.
