10mm scale flagellants.

I remixed, sculpted, scaled, and decimated a ton of different models to make these guys. I used so many different models and parts, it's challenging to link them all. If you spy one of your things and would like me provide attribution, please let me know! I am uploading individual minis plus groups in strips, for ease of printing / modeling. I suppose they could work for other scales too, if you're so inclined.

These could work as cultists or angry peasants as well.
