I made these to insert into the "Phase Adjustment Coil" part for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2008591

50% infill .3mm layer. (i use .6mm nozzle)

The original design called for wooden or metal rods to be insert throughout, but metal rods are expensive if you print this whole design out large. Mine is about 4feet tall.
