Pretty much just a cylinder with a lip on the upper part.
Grab some upholstery foam ( about 20 - 25mm thick), a bit of leather, and stuff it in there until it looks nice!
I printed mine without supports, purely because I wasn't thinking straight, but the printer handled it relatively well, all being considered.
