Water Bottle Replacement Cap

Our family has several Thermos 600mL drink bottles. They work great until one falls with the lid open. The force of the fall will snap the thin hinge plastic. I've come up with a lid replacement cap that brings new life to the Thermos bottle. My cap design re-uses the rubber cap seal and the metal hinge rod. My new cap fit's into the existing hinge and provides a water tight seal. My print is made in Bambu Lab Lavender 1.75mm filament, with 0.2mm layer height on a Bambu X1 Carbon printer.
