I have a rainwater butt with a fiddly tap lever that is very small. The lever rotates through 90 degrees (with the limits controlled by a small notch) and when turned tends to get caught up in some decorative artificial foliage; see photos a small black lever with a metal insert. If this notch was in a different place then the entire lever would be at a different angle to the butt, making it easier to use and also less likely to get caught up in the foliage.
So, I decided the way to go was to print a replacement. Doing this also meant I could redesign the shape of the whole lever. Until recently MS Windows came with a simple utility called "3D Builder", which with some juggling can be quite useful and in this particular case was sufficient to do the job. I have uploaded a file "WaterButtTapPartsGeneric.3mf" a standard .3mf file with all the parts that were made before being merged into a whole object. You could use this to further customise the lever if you so wish.
