This is a replacement lever for a standard water cooler. It was designed for a Seltz but may work with other makes as well.
FDM printers will have trouble with the two small hemispheres in the middle. I've deliberately oversized them slightly for this reason. You can clean them up with a triangular file (or equivalent). In this way, you can avoid printing messy supports and you can tweak the size to fit your water cooler exactly. Be careful not to file too much in order to avoid a loose fit!
The measurements are in mm. Hopefully, they get preserved.
