22" Bike Rim
Make paddle by cutting (any length) standard 4" PVC pipe lengthwise into 3 equal pieces
Secure paddle to Paddle Support with two #8 bolts (1-1/2" long), washers & locknuts
Bolt Paddle Support and Fastener to bike rim using 4 #10 bolts (2" long), washers & locknuts
