Hey there! I created this to stop my neighbours from using our water tap and it has definitely worked. If you have issues with your neighbours or just in need of extra protection. This is the Item for you. The hole opening for the lock itself is 5mm diameter. This will fit most standard taps. The hinge pin can be glue into place. Preferred material would be ABS or ASA however PLA will work.
