This thing holds an OD = 6 mm watering hose. It works well with Gardena's Micro-Drip tube (ID = 4.6 mm).
I uploaded two STLs of different length: 12 cm and 14.2 cm. The longer variant has ribs on the hooks. OpenSCAD file is included for your adjustments.
